Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain the AIO Logic AXIS lending-automation platform. You’ll work across front-end (React) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot) layers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that power complex financial workflows.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, Agile environments and enjoys solving sophisticated challenges in fintech, data automation, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build both front-end (React) and back-end (Java) components of the AXIS platform.

• Develop new features and enhancements across UI/UX, REST APIs, business logic, and integrations.

• Translate complex lending requirements into technical solutions (amortization, variable rates, conditional payments).

• Build dashboards and analytics for loan portfolios, KPIs, and risk metrics.

• Ensure platform security, encryption, and compliance with fintech standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, QA, and Operations.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile sprints.

• Mentor junior developers on performance and architecture.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Monitor, tune, and scale systems across high-load environments.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years professional full-stack experience using React (front-end) and Java / Spring Boot (back-end).

• Proficiency with React (hooks, state management, performance optimization).

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Deep knowledge of Java, dependency injection, and REST API design.

• Database design, SQL, ORM (Hibernate/JPA), and query optimization.

• Familiarity with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of secure coding and application security.

Preferred / Fintech Experience:

• Experience in financial services, lending, or portfolio-management platforms.

• Understanding of amortization and variable-rate calculations.

• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (SOC-2 / ISO).

• Experience scaling AWS or Azure applications for high performance.

• Exposure to infrastructure as code and monitoring tools.
