Program Manager - SaaS Healthcare

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization in the healthcare and compliance sector, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of critical projects, drive customer success, and contribute to the evolution of innovative SaaS solutions.

Location: 100% remote. Candidates need to be open to working in MST and PST business hours.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spearhead the full lifecycle of enterprise-level software application projects, from initial customer engagement through successful deployment, support, and ongoing enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Act as a decisive problem-solver, taking ownership of challenges and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (including developers, QA, and potentially global teams) to identify and implement solutions that align with client requirements.
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and a direct, no-nonsense approach to managing expectations and driving progress.
• Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, knowing when and how to engage the appropriate resources without unnecessary escalation.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise weekly reports to executive leadership, demonstrating preparedness and accountability for project status and outcomes.
• Bring an innovative mindset to the table, contributing creative ideas and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and product value.
• Lead and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving results.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a strategic Program/Project Manager managing complex software development projects, ideally within an enterprise environment.
• A strong understanding of software engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience with SaaS product/platform delivery for external clients.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations effectively and navigate challenging customer situations.
• Experience with managing change requests.
• Ability to take strategic ownership. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and/or health insurance processes and regulations is a significant plus.
• Experience with provider enrollment processes is a plus.
• Experience consulting as a Program Manager is a plus.
