Product Manager

AfterQuery is seeking experienced Product Managers to create and evaluate product-management reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic product scenarios — prioritization calls, spec reviews, stakeholder trade-offs — that test an AI model’s ability to reason like a strong PM, and grade model responses against real product judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop product cases, PRD critiques, and prioritization exercises that challenge AI models on realistic product decisions
• Evaluate and score model responses, providing detailed feedback on product sense, rigor, and communication
• Collaborate with a team of product and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage across product domains
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience at a software company
• Track record of shipping products and writing crisp product documents (PRDs, strategy memos, launch reviews)
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple product surfaces (consumer, B2B, platform, growth)
• Prior experience mentoring PMs or reviewing product work
• Familiarity with AI/ML products is a plus
