Accentify is an innovative startup dedicated to transforming the way accents are learned. With over 5000 downloads, 4000 people on our waitlist and exciting partnerships in progress, we're making accent training fun, accessible, and effective for actors and anyone looking to master new accents!

We are building a billion-dollar dataset that is the driving force of humanising Voice AI & digital assistants.

Who We Are:

• Accentify is co-founded by an actor and an accent coach—our users are the ideal customers, and we understand their needs firsthand
• Graduated as the highest-ranked startup from the Founder Institute Accelerator (2023).
• Currently in the process of raising a £250k pre-seed SEIS round
• Our goal is to scale towards the broader language learning market, which has a massive $80 billion+ TAM (Total Addressable Market)

The Role: We’re looking for a Mobile App Developer with strong experience in React Native to join our remote team. You’ll work with us to build, refine, and deploy our hybrid iOS/Android app, bringing Accentify to life for our users. This is a flexible, unpaid position—ideal for someone driven by passion and excited about startups, education technology, language learning, or acting.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in React Native (essential).
• Experience with hybrid iOS/Android deployment.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Play Console, TestFlight, and Apple Developer tools.
• Nodejs, AI and/or understanding voice recognition technologies are a bonus!
