About the Project_JobSearch.Works_ is an early-stage AI-powered platform designed to help job seekers automate and manage their job applications more efficiently.

The platform uses AI and automation to handle tasks such as document parsing, application tracking, and workflow automation, helping users streamline the job search process.

We’re currently looking for a Full-Stack TypeScript Developer interested in contributing to an early-stage SaaS project while gaining experience building a real AI-powered platform.

This role is volunteer / early contributor, with the opportunity to be part of the product as it grows.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll contribute to both the frontend and backend of the platform.

Frontend

• A React-based dashboard where users manage applications and track their job search progress

• Subscription management and user account features

Backend

• Serverless functions handling integrations and automation

• AI-powered document parsing and workflow automation

• Email processing and scheduled background tasks

Tech Stack

• TypeScript

• Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions)

• Google Cloud Platform

• GitHub Actions CI/CD

What We’re Looking ForMusta have

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React

• Experience with Firebase or serverless architectures

• Familiarity with GCP fundamentals

• Comfortable navigating and improving an existing codebase

• Experience using Git and collaborative workflows

Valuable experience

• LLM API integrations (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)

• Browser automation tools (Playwright or similar)

• Payment integrations such as Stripe

• Cross-project cloud architectures

Nice to have

• OAuth integrations or email APIs

• Bot development (Discord or similar)

• Experience with cloud cost optimisation
