Staff / Principal Full-Stack Engineer (B2C Anti-Cheat Product)

About the Role

We are building a next-generation B2C anti-cheat product that exposes trust scores, integrity signals, and suspicious behavior indicators directly to end users.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• 🎮 User-facing product experience
• 🧠 AI / data-driven decision systems
• ⚙️ Scalable backend architecture

You will own and shape the product layer that transforms complex detection outputs into clear, actionable user experiences.

What You’ll Do

1️⃣ Own the Product Layer (0 → 1 → Scale)

• Lead the design and implementation of Node.js services exposing trust & risk signals
• Build and evolve APIs serving scoring systems, evaluation results, and behavioral insights
• Drive real-time and batch processing architecture for evaluation pipelines
• Ensure clean abstractions between data systems and product surfaces

2️⃣ Build High-Impact B2C Experiences

• Design and deliver React-based product surfaces:
• Trust score dashboards
• “Why this score?” explainability UI
• Suspicious behavior indicators
• Translate complex system outputs into intuitive user experiences
• Define patterns for clarity, transparency, and product usability

3️⃣ Drive System Integration & Architecture

• Integrate ML / anti-cheat model outputs into scalable services
• Define data contracts, ingestion flows, and service boundaries
• Ensure reliability, observability, and consistency across systems
• Collaborate across Data, ML, and Product teams

4️⃣ Lead Technical Direction (Staff / Principal Scope)

• Shape system architecture and long-term product direction
• Identify and drive improvements across services and data flows
• Set engineering standards for scalability, modularity, and maintainability
• Influence cross-team technical decisions and system evolution

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong Node.js backend architecture
• Strong React / frontend system design
• Experience building B2C products at scale
• Experience working with data-heavy systems, APIs, and dashboards
• Proven ability to operate in 0→1 ambiguous environments
• Strong ownership mindset and product thinking
