Staff / Principal Frontend-leaning Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are raising our hiring bar and looking for high-impact engineers who can do more than just deliver tasks.

This role is for engineers who can own complex systems, drive execution, and shape technical direction in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale production-grade Web Applications (not simple websites)
• Design and implement systems using React/Vue + Node.js
• Take full ownership of features, systems, or product areas
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Backend, Data, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Drive technical decisions and improve engineering standards
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and long-term technical direction

What We’re Looking ForCore Requirements (All Candidates)

• 6+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience building complex Web Applications (SaaS / platform / dashboard / real-time systems)
• Strong frontend experience with React or Vue
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS)
• Experience with CI/CD, system design, and modern engineering workflows
• Fluent English communication
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI / LLM systems
• Background in gaming / real-time / interactive systems
