Recent research from JobLeads identified the top tech skills desired by employers across the U.S. Ansible, Excel, SQL, and Java are among the most sought-after skills.

New Jersey's Tech Job Landscape

New Jersey ranks as the state with the second-highest demand for tech jobs, with nearly two-thirds of job vacancies requiring specialized skills. Notably, 29.5% of job vacancies in New Jersey specifically require tech skills. The state is one of five in the Northeast on the list, alongside Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, and Delaware.
