This move is set to generate 118 highly skilled jobs with an estimated payroll of $13 million, bolstering the company's operations on the island.

Government Support and Economic Impact
The expansion is supported by the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC), which has provided incentives totaling $640,000—$590,000 for job creation and $50,000 for marketing support. Governor Jenniffer González Colón emphasized that this investment aligns with strategies for economic growth and digital transformation in Puerto Rico, highlighting the creation of well-paying jobs and the island's potential to compete globally.

Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Rock Solid Technologies, Pharos Solutions specializes in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation, technology integration, and custom software solutions for clients in the United States, the Caribbean, and Canada.
