Top Occupations in Job Ads
In 2023, 871,000 job advertisements were posted for ICT specialists. Following them were:
- Software and applications developers and analysts: 515,000 ads (5.3%)
- Engineering professionals: 412,000 ads (4.3%)
- Manufacturing workers: 385,000 ads (4%)
Other notable occupations included:
- Physical and engineering science technicians: 351,000 ads (3.6%)
- Shop salespersons: 312,000 ads (3.2%)
- Transport and storage laborers: 308,000 ads (3.2%)
- Sales, marketing, and development managers: 280,000 ads (2.9%)
Specific Occupation Demand
Heavy truck and bus drivers had 136,000 job ads (1.4%). Additionally, the healthcare sector showed strong demand with:
