Good profile

Strengths: You possess a strong, in-demand backend technology stack (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs) complemented by valuable cloud and DevOps exposure (AWS, Docker, CI/CD). Your ~5 years of mid-level experience align well with industry expectations for this tier. Proficiency in both English and Hindi at a C1 level significantly boosts your global employability. Areas for Improvement: 1. Professional Links: The complete absence of LinkedIn and GitHub/portfolio links is a critical gap. Recruiters and hiring managers rely on these for verification and technical validation. Add them immediately. 2. Job Title & Company Clarity: 'Associate Consultant' is an internal Infosys title that lacks market recognition. Standardize it to 'Backend Software Engineer' or 'Java Developer'. Additionally, your previous role lists 'Developer' as the company name and leaves the job title blank, which will trigger ATS parsing errors. 3. Impact vs. Tasks: Your resume bullets are heavily task-oriented ('Followed Agile', 'Reviewed code', 'Used Log4j'). Shift to achievement-oriented statements using the STAR/CAR method. Quantify results wherever possible (e.g., 'Reduced batch processing time by 40%', 'Automated retrieval for 50K+ users', 'Improved API latency by 200ms'). 4. Cloud & DevOps Emphasis: While you list AWS, Docker, and CI/CD, they are buried under 'Skillful' levels. Elevate their visibility in your summary and experience section to match modern backend expectations. Actionable Next Steps: Standardize titles, add professional links, rewrite bullets with metrics, clarify employment history, and tailor keywords to specific backend/cloud job descriptions.

How to improve

Your current summary effectively highlights your core stack and mentions emerging interests (IAM, GenAI), but it lacks quantifiable impact and reads slightly passive. To maximize recruiter engagement:
Lead with a strong value proposition: State your role, years of experience, and primary domain/value upfront.
Replace passive language: Change 'exploring Generative AI' to 'leveraging AI-assisted workflows' or 'integrating GenAI tools to optimize development cycles.'
Add scale/metrics: Mention the size of systems you've built, user base served, or efficiency gains achieved.
Align with target roles: Explicitly state the type of engineering challenges you solve (e.g., high-throughput microservices, secure enterprise platforms).
Revised Example:
'Results-driven Backend Engineer with 4.8+ years of experience architecting and deploying scalable, secure microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Proven track record of owning full lifecycle development—from requirements gathering to CI/CD deployment—while optimizing system performance and security. Recently expanded expertise into IAM solutions via SailPoint IdentityIQ, streamlining enterprise access management. Adept at leveraging AWS, Docker, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce operational overhead. Seeking to leverage backend engineering and cloud-native expertise to drive impactful software solutions.'
