Fair profile

The profile presents a mid-level backend developer with a focus on application support engineering, primarily in the Indian job market. While the candidate demonstrates some relevant skills such as Spring Boot Microservices and communication abilities, several areas need improvement to increase marketability. The resume lacks detailed descriptions of work experience, specific achievements, and quantifiable results, which are crucial for standing out in competitive markets like the USA. Additionally, the absence of professional links (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub) reduces credibility and visibility. Language proficiency in English is strong, which is an asset for global opportunities. To enhance this profile: elaborate on technical expertise, include measurable outcomes from past roles, strengthen the professional summary, and add relevant external links. Tailoring the resume to highlight industry-specific competencies and aligning it more closely with international standards would significantly improve its effectiveness.

How to improve

The professional summary is overly brief and generic. To improve it, consider adding details such as years of experience, key technologies or frameworks worked with (beyond Spring Boot), types of systems supported, team size managed (if any), and notable accomplishments. Emphasize problem-solving capabilities, familiarity with production environments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. For example: 'Mid-level Application Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in maintaining and optimizing Java-based enterprise applications. Proficient in Spring Boot Microservices, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability.'
