Good profile

Mirzakhan presents a strong Senior Frontend Developer profile with well-quantified achievements and a clear specialization in the Vue/Nuxt ecosystem. The resume demonstrates solid technical depth — including a Nuxt 2→3 migration, monorepo UI library development, and measurable performance improvements (Core Web Vitals, conversion rates). Leadership experience managing 2-4 developers adds significant value. Key strengths include: quantifiable business impact (+30% conversion, 30-60s→2s offer retrieval), modern tooling expertise (Turborepo, pnpm, Vitest, Playwright), and a clear remote-work preference aligned with current market trends. Areas for improvement: (1) The profile lists only 3 skills while the resume reveals a much broader stack — expand the profile skills to include Nuxt, Pinia, Vite, testing frameworks, and CI/CD tools to improve searchability. (2) Consider adding React to the toolkit or at least demonstrating transferable component-based architecture knowledge, as React dominates ~70% of the frontend job market and its absence may filter out opportunities. (3) The resume shows only 2 positions covering 5+ years — if there are earlier roles or freelance work, include them to show career progression. (4) English at B2 is functional but may limit access to US/UK-market roles; investing in C1 certification would expand options. (5) The GitHub link is valuable — ensure it showcases pinned, high-quality repositories with README documentation to strengthen credibility. (6) Education is from a technical college; consider supplementing with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or advanced Vue certifications) to compensate. (7) Serbia-based with remote preference is well-positioned for European startups and mid-size companies, but timezone overlap with US West Coast may be a constraint for some roles.

How to improve

The current summary is already strong with quantified achievements and clear positioning. Suggestions to elevate it further: (1) Lead with a unique value proposition rather than the standard 'Senior Frontend Developer with 5+ years' opener — e.g., 'Frontend specialist who turns complex business forms into high-converting, lightning-fast user experiences.' (2) Add a brief mention of the business domain impact beyond automotive — highlight transferability to fintech, SaaS, or other form-heavy industries. (3) Include one line about engineering culture contribution (code standards, mentoring, testing culture) to signal senior-level thinking beyond coding. (4) Mention specific scale indicators if available (e.g., monthly traffic, user base, team size in the broader org). (5) Consider adding a sentence about what kind of product/team environment thrives best — this helps recruiters self-select and improves response quality. (6) The phrase 'Open to remote-first senior frontend roles' is good but could be strengthened with timezone availability (e.g., 'Available for EU timezone overlap, flexible for US East Coast'). (7) Replace 'English: B2' with a more confident framing like 'Professional working proficiency in English (B2)' to avoid underselling. (8) If targeting international roles, consider adding one line about cross-cultural collaboration experience given work with distributed teams.
