Front-End Web Developer (Telehealth Growth & Conversion)Location: Remote (U.S. working hours)

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital health and telehealth technology company that is transforming how virtual care is delivered. The platform provides the infrastructure to launch and scale virtual care services, helping healthcare organizations and digital health brands automate and manage critical parts of the patient care journey.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Front-End Web Developer to build and optimize high-performing telehealth websites and patient sign‑up flows. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, and growth, focused on creating seamless digital patient experiences that drive conversions.

You’ll collaborate closely with product and design teams to implement responsive, high‑quality interfaces while ensuring performance, analytics accuracy, and conversion rate optimization.

This position is ideal for someone who loves building fast, user‑friendly websites and iterating to improve funnel performance.

What You’ll DoBuild and maintain telehealth marketing websites

• Develop responsive, high‑performance front-end experiences
• Implement designs created by product and brand designers
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and mobile optimization

Optimize conversion flows

• Build and iterate on patient sign‑up and onboarding funnels
• Improve performance, UX, and page speed to increase conversions
• Partner with growth and product teams on A/B tests and new user experiences

Implement analytics and tracking

• Set up and maintain analytics instrumentation and marketing tags
• Work with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Segment, and GA4
• Validate the accuracy of events, conversions, and funnel metrics

Collaborate with design

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect front‑end implementations
• Provide technical input on UX choices that impact performance or conversion
• Maintain consistency across design system components

Ensure performance and scalability

• Optimize for fast load times and strong Core Web Vitals
• Follow best practices for SEO and accessibility
• Maintain clean, scalable front‑end architecture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Experience with analytics tracking and event instrumentation
• Familiarity with conversion optimization and growth experimentation
• Comfortable collaborating closely with design teams (Figma workflows)

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or telehealth
• Experience building sign‑up funnels, onboarding flows, or checkout journeys
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, etc.)
• Experience with marketing sites, landing pages, or growth engineering
• Knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and advanced performance optimization
