Senior Community Programs Manager

• Design and manage strategic community initiatives that align with business goals and improve customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale community impact and integrate customer insights into broader initiatives.
• Drive engagement through forums, groups, events, social channels, and campaigns that activate new users and re-engage passive members.
• Moderate online discussions, support user inquiries, and ensure safe, inclusive participation across platforms.
• Track KPIs and report insights to inform strategic decisions and community growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including 3+ years in community management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer engagement.
• Experience in enterprise environments and working with technical teams.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Khoros, or other community tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to surface insights and optimize programs.
