Location: (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year About The Role We are looking for a motivated Graduate Data Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about data, technology, and building scalable data solutions. As a Graduate Data Engineer, you will work alongside experienced data professionals to develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure to modern cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data processing environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Support data integration from multiple sources into centralized data platforms.
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams.
  • Assist in database maintenance, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Support the development of data warehousing solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure data security and governance standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Python or another programming language.
  • Understanding of data structures and ETL concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn modern data technologies and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Academic projects involving data engineering or analytics.
  • Understanding of Git and version control.
