About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing key product features that enhance the user experience for our clients. You will work closely with Product and UX teams to interpret product ideas and mockups, translating them into innovative web-based user interfaces. Your work will ensure a consistent look and feel across our platform while integrating new functionalities. Collaboration with other software engineers to define and refine REST APIs and troubleshooting client issues with existing modules will be a critical part of your responsibilities. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web application and enterprise software development
- Deep understanding of web technologies including HTML5 and CSS3
- Proficiency with component-based JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
- Knowledge of Bootstrap and Java Spring Boot is a plus
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of current web development strategies, trends, and best practices
- Excellent eye for design, usability, and visual consistency
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate within development teams
- Experience in iterative development, feedback incorporation, and continuous improvement
- Experience with the advertising industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects aligned with the product development pipeline
- Collaborate across multiple business units and departments to develop and deploy solutions that meet key business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and refine technical specifications and requirements
- Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices
- Implement and enhance website interfaces using standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript techniques
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases to ensure seamless functionality
- Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation for future reference and team knowledge sharing
- Identify and resolve impediments to team success proactively
- Communicate issues and risks to management promptly, proposing effective mitigation strategies
- Influence architectural and technological decisions to optimize platform performance and scalability
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve development productivity, quality, and team morale
