Description The Associate Product Manager will assist their supervisor in the efficient management of a scrum team, delivering business value at the end of each sprint. The role encompasses executing the strategy set by senior management as interpreted by their supervisor to further develop and scale up the product lines that rely on the systems in their domain. The assigned product domain includes a collection of internal systems instrumental in delivering product to our clients. It has a diverse set of internal stakeholders, from production teams to client-facing sales and account managers. Essential Functions
- Monitors and researches complex client product needs, experiences, expectations, capabilities and problems. Provides root cause analysis on complex end-user product issues.
- Participates with various teams on projects, product issues, pitfalls, etc.
- Assists in the evaluation of issue priority and provides front line response to various internal groups regarding product and solution support.
- Provides suggestions for issue resolution, focusing on long term consequences. Works with end-users to test resolutions.
- Ensures accountability for the highest standards of data governance and consumer privacy.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ product management and/or business analysis experience in software environment including the creation and implementation of business objectives and/or requirements documents desirable.
- 2+ years’ experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience with Scrum or other Agile software development practices.
- 2+ years’ experience independently managing software development projects of low or medium complexity, to managing multiple tasks at any given point, and building strong relationships across teams.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner.

- Compensation: Base Salary Range $82,000 - $109,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component
