Requirements:
Strategic Sales & Capital Markets Expertise
— High-Ticket Deal Origination: A proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships and product deals with institutional clients and HNWIs.
— Capital Structuring: Hands-on experience in structuring complex transactions, including M&A, capital raising (Equity and Debt), and the deployment of tokenized financial instruments.
Advanced Trading & Financial Engineering
— Quantitative Mastery: Strong expertise in advanced financial modeling, asset valuation, and risk management, including volatility analysis and portfolio stress-testing.
— Trading Execution: Direct experience in active trading across Equities, Bonds, and Crypto Derivatives, with a deep understanding of advanced options strategies.
Sector Depth & Domain Authority
— FinTech & TradFi Integration: A solid professional background in traditional capital markets, investment funds, and FinTech infrastructure.
— Digital Asset Specialization: In-depth knowledge of crypto infrastructure and digital assets, specifically exchange-native utility tokens (strictly non-NFT) and the levers their issuers use to drive utility, demand, and holder retention.
Commercial Leadership & Execution Mindset
— Business Ownership: Ability to operate as a senior business driver with CEO- or Product Owner-level accountability for P&L, market adoption, and long-term commercial growth.
— Strategic Independence: A high degree of autonomy and structure; capable of creating, defending, and personally executing complex investment and market-entry strategies.
Communication & Professional Standards
— Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (C1 level or higher) for high-level negotiations, strategic presentations, and cross-border collaboration.
— Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to align product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery within complex regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Product & Asset Ownership
— End-to-End Strategy: Defining the product’s strategic direction and financial performance (P&L), ensuring full alignment with C-level objectives.
— Product Structuring: Develop and structure WBT as a scalable financial product with clear utility, sustainable monetization logic, and expanded use cases across the ecosystem (fee discounts, holder tiers, staking, ecosystem rewards).
— Lifecycle Management: Lead the launch of new financial products and revenue streams from concept to operational execution, including tokenized assets.
Commercial Growth & Institutional Integration
— Strategic Partnerships: Build and lead a high-value sales pipeline, driving product implementation within global financial institutions, funds, and capital market participants.
— Market Adoption: Own the global commercial growth strategy, focusing on both internal ecosystem integration and external market expansion.
— Investor Relations: Lead high-level discussions regarding market positioning, capital opportunities, and strategic utility with investors and partners.
Investment & Market Strategy
— Financial Engineering: Design and implement sophisticated trading structures, systematic arbitrage, and liquidity strategies to ensure WBT market stability and long-term value creation.
— Transaction Leadership: Independently manage M&A processes, capital raising initiatives, and post-merger asset optimization.
Operational Excellence & Risk Control
— Performance Tracking: Define and optimize key metrics, including revenue, liquidity, trading activity, and partner contribution.
— Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and global regulatory compliance.
— Risk & Crisis Management: Oversee operational and regulatory risk management, ensuring proactive response to security or legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions.
