A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is looking for a Software Engineer with deep Data expertise to join its product-focused R&D team. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving a cloud-native data platform used by large, global organisations to centralise, process and analyse critical business data.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing robust data architectures, solving integration challenges, and working close to product and engineering teams to deliver production-grade data solutions.

✅ Must have requirements:

• Excellent Python skills, including experience with data processing libraries (e.g. Pandas) and the ability to write production-quality, testable application code, not just scripts.
• Strong background in data engineering within cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Proven experience designing complex data models and optimising databases for performance
• Familiarity with Design Patterns such as Dependency Injection
• Solid understanding of relational and analytical data systems (OLTP / OLAP)
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and API-driven architectures

👍 Bonus points for:

• Experience building secure, compliant data solutions in regulated environments
• Previous experience as a full-time software (back-end) engineer
• Exposure to .NET environments
• Familiarity with integrating machine learning or analytics workflows
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms
