The business helps international brands enter new markets, rather than by creating than simply translating existing websites they work across :

- Bespoke storefront experiences tailored to individual markets
Their proprietary technology allows brands to launch and grow market-ready storefronts efficiently, removing many of the traditional barriers associated with international expansion.
👨 💻 The Role
This is a Shopify Developer contract working across two teams:
🛍️ Client Onboarding Team — developing and customising Shopify storefronts to support new brands launching onto the platform.
💡 Digital Innovation Team — working on broader technical and digital initiatives across the group’s portfolio.
You’ll have a high degree of ownership, the opportunity to influence technical solutions, and exposure to projects that extend beyond standard Shopify development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance bespoke Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript and modern CSS
- Build sophisticated storefront functionality, including AJAX cart experiences, predictive search, custom filtering, metafields and metaobjects
- Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
- Extend Shopify capabilities through technologies such as Checkout Extensibility, Shopify Functions and Shopify Flow
- Investigate and resolve frontend and theme-related issues efficiently
- Work with Git and Shopify CLI to maintain development workflows and manage deployments
- Translate design concepts into polished, responsive and accurate user interfaces
- Produce clean, maintainable and reusable code that can scale across multiple projects
- Integrate Shopify applications, third-party services and external APIs where required
- Partner with Design, Product, Content and Marketing teams to deliver new features and campaigns
Work independently, adapting quickly as project requirements and priorities evolve
