Senior Project Manager

Position: Senior Translation Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Translation Project Manager to enthusiastically join our team and contribute significantly to our ongoing expansion. In this position, you will:

• Work with established accounts - providing helpful, knowledgeable and friendly support to our clients
• Lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects from start to completion
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients on project matters.
• Gather all documents, instructions, requirements at start of project
• Responsible for managing connections with our extensive network of suppliers worldwide.
• Outsource the project to dedicated vendors for particular client/account
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for our global clients
• Perform final QA of the files before delivery to the client.

Location: 100% Remote

Working hours: Central and East European Time Zone (CET/EET)

• Result-oriented with excellent time management.
• Fast responding time - answer all client’s requests within 15 minutes
• Ability to work independently.
• Be open-minded: Be open to new ideas and ways of thinking.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and awareness of cross-cultural issues.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CAT tools.
• Willingness to travel abroad for events and conferences.
• University degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, etc.
• English is a must! A second language is a plus, preferably German, Italian, French or Spanish.
• Desired: 1 to 3 years of experience as a localization/translation project manager.
