Position: Senior Translation Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Translation Project Manager to enthusiastically join our team and contribute significantly to our ongoing expansion. In this position, you will:
- Work with established accounts - providing helpful, knowledgeable and friendly support to our clients
- Lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects from start to completion
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients on project matters.
- Gather all documents, instructions, requirements at start of project
- Responsible for managing connections with our extensive network of suppliers worldwide.
- Outsource the project to dedicated vendors for particular client/account
- Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for our global clients
- Perform final QA of the files before delivery to the client.

Location: 100% Remote
Working hours: Central and East European Time Zone (CET/EET)
The Ideal Candidate should be
- Resourceful, creative, and well-organized with an ability to prioritize and proactively offer solutions.
- Result-oriented with excellent time management.
- Fast responding time - answer all client’s requests within 15 minutes
- Ability to work independently.
- Be open-minded: Be open to new ideas and ways of thinking.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and awareness of cross-cultural issues.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CAT tools.
- Willingness to travel abroad for events and conferences.
- University degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, etc.
- English is a must! A second language is a plus, preferably German, Italian, French or Spanish.
- Desired: 1 to 3 years of experience as a localization/translation project manager.
