The Role: Supporting Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a full-stack developer to support the execution and evolution of Ventry’s core platform. This role works closely with our Lead Developer and our Intelligence & Investment Lead, helping bring complex systems, simulations, and AI-adjacent logic into production.

This is not a ticket-based role.

It’s for someone who wants to build alongside, think critically, and take ownership in an early-stage environment.

You Will:

• Contribute across frontend and backend development
• Support implementation of simulation logic, data flows, and personalization layers
• Assist with AI / ML-adjacent systems (logic, integrations, pipelines — not pure research)
• Collaborate on technical decisions, trade-offs, and system structure
• Help translate abstract product ideas into clean, working features
• Work closely with the Lead Developer and Intelligence & Investment Lead to ship iteratively and responsibly

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have solid full-stack experience (or are very close to it)
• Are comfortable working in early-stage, evolving systems
• Understand AI / ML concepts well enough to support implementation and integration
• Can reason through problems independently and explain your decisions clearly
• Prefer ownership over instructions — you don’t need hand-holding
• Care about building systems that are not just functional, but intentional

This is NOT:

• A pure ML research role
• A junior “just implement this” position
• A short-term freelance task
• A salaried role at this stage
