Senior Full Stack AI EngineerSalary: $172k - $250k

Job Description:

You will join a Platform team focused on creating developer tools and internal frameworks that support AI-driven products. The role spans backend and frontend engineering, with responsibility for designing and maintaining APIs, reusable components, and infrastructure that improve engineering workflows and accelerate the delivery of AI features.

The Opportunity:

You’ll work in a remote-first team with high autonomy and ownership over internal tooling that influences how multiple product teams build and scale. In this role, you’ll shape architectural decisions, improve observability and deployment processes, and help define developer workflows with production impact.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain impactful developer tools and internal frameworks that boost productivity for engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Design and iterate on reusable component libraries that enhance UI performance and usability across various product teams.
• Own the API lifecycle: from design to performance optimization, ensuring easy usability and backward compatibility.
• Collaborate intensively with product teams to identify workflow challenges and prototype effective tooling solutions that enhance the development lifecycle.
• Lead projects aimed at improving debugging capabilities, observability, and CI/CD pipelines, enriching internal documentation as a part of your process.
• Engage in a continuous deployment environment by frequently shipping code, participating in code reviews, and upholding high standards for code quality.

• You're proactive in identifying pain points within developer workflows and enjoy collaborating to implement solutions that can be adopted across teams.
• You appreciate a quick-paced environment and can adapt to changing requirements while maintaining quality and delivering results.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives forward.
