Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Development Manager. The Software Development Manager will oversee the development team, manage software projects, ensure high-quality code delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, enforcing best practices, and contributing to architectural decisions. The manager will also engage in performance evaluations, provide technical leadership, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and developers.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development and project management
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with source control tools (Git, SVN)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in utility industry is a plus

Full time, remote

Candidate must reside in US and operate EST hours.

Compemsation: $80,000-$110,000K annually
