The Role

You’re the one who makes the model work. This is part project manager, part client whisperer, part quality control, part chaos-tamer. You’ll build deep relationships with clients, understand what they need and then assemble the right freelance team to deliver it - on time, on budget, on point.

But here’s the difference: you’re not just here to run projects. You’re here to grow accounts. You’ll spot opportunities, connect the dots and help clients see what’s possible next - turning great delivery into repeat work, bigger briefs and new revenue.

You’re protecting our reputation, championing the brief and making sure everything shipped is razor-sharp - while keeping one eye on what’s coming next.

Key Responsibilities

·       Act as the single point of contact between client and creative team

·       Build strong, solution-led relationships with clients - you understand their world and guide them through ours

·       Select the right freelance talent from our roster for each brief (by skill, budget, personality, availability)

·       Manage multiple creative projects at once across video, design, animation, events and more

·       Ensure freelancer output is on brief, accurate, on-brand and on-time

·       Own quality control before anything hits a client’s inbox

·       Translate client feedback into clear, constructive creative guidance

·       Track time spent vs budget across each project

·       Flag risks, delays or inefficiencies early and fix fast

·       Keep the founders in the loop and occasionally out of the weeds

·       Own account health: understand what success looks like for each client and keep us indispensable

·       Spot and shape opportunities: identify upsell/cross-sell moments, follow the signals, and turn conversations into briefs

·       Commercially savvy delivery: write/shape scopes, recommend the right solutions, and help convert ideas into paid work

·       Protect and grow revenue: retain existing accounts through exceptional service and proactive planning, and help win incremental work as trust buildsWho You Are

·       You’ve worked in a creative agency environment

·       You’ve juggled multiple clients, conflicting deadlines and still found the win

·       You’re the person who just knows when something’s not right and fixes it

·       You’re organised, sharp and detail-obsessed

·       You’ve got an ear for what clients actually mean when they say “can we tweak this?”

·       You care deeply about creative standards and know how to push for better without killing momentum

·       You’re commercially switched on - you can talk budget, value, scope and outcomes without getting awkward

·       You naturally look for opportunity - you ask the right questions, you notice the gaps, you join the dots
