Mixing Engineer – Remote

The expected delivery date is February, so candidates must be able to commit to a defined timeline and deliver high-quality results within the specified period. Responsibilities

• Perform dialogue mixing for a documentary, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the project
• Apply advanced noise reduction and audio restoration techniques as needed
• Collaborate with the project owner to understand creative intent and deliver mixes that align with the documentary’s narrative
• Prepare and deliver final audio files in the required formats by the agreed deadline
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to audio quality or file delivery

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in dialogue mixing for documentaries or similar long-form content
• Proficiency with industry-standard audio software such as Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, or similar DAWs
• Strong understanding of audio post-production workflows, including noise reduction, EQ, compression, and mastering
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering professional-quality audio
• Availability to complete the project by February
