Product Managers own the product roadmap and vision. They are the Voice of the Customer in the team and sets priorities to maximize the customer value delivered by the product. They are empathetic to their customer – whether the customer is external or internal.

Specific to the role:Key accountabilities include:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for data & analytics products, aligning with Client strategy and priorities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather use cases, requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a data product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction; implement improvements based on findings.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
What Is Needed to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience within business intelligence/analytics and product/Project management
- 5+ years of business experience within global operations focusing on global supply chain and Distribution Centers in an international organization
- Proficient with SAP and end-to-end planning systems like O9 solutions, with additional experience in Power BI and Databricks for data and analytics
- Ability to create the vision for data analytical products with a great analytical mindset and good stakeholder management skills that allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within an organization
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for business improvements using Data & Analytics.

Builds connections across products and leads the collaboration with other product teams and product domains. Collaborates and effective communicate and align.
