About the Opportunity
Transit Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer (Angular) to join our Product Development team.
In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software features that support critical transit operations. Your primary focus will be front-end development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with opportunities to work alongside .NET services, APIs, and SQL-backed data.
You will collaborate with product managers, quality assurance professionals, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into reliable, user-friendly software solutions.

What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain front-end applications and product features using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate user stories, product requirements, and designs into functional, maintainable software.
- Integrate front-end applications with .NET services, APIs, and SQL-backed data.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Write and maintain automated tests to support application quality, stability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and follow established engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance development processes, code quality, and team efficiency.
- Leverage approved AI tools and automation technologies to improve development productivity and effectiveness.
- Follow secure coding, privacy, and data protection practices while proactively identifying and communicating potential risks.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Working knowledge of .NET services, APIs, and SQL.
- Understanding of modern web application development, debugging, automated testing, and version control.
- Experience working in a collaborative development environment, including code reviews and team-based software delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, follow established development patterns, and deliver high-quality code.
