We're on a mission to simplify and secure the way developers build in crypto. Our platform offers non-custodial, enterprise-grade wallet infrastructure, enabling seamless creation of wallets, transaction signing, and automation of on-chain actions through a robust API. What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Engineering Vision:

• Define and communicate the long-term technical strategy and engineering roadmap.
• Lead a high-performing team of engineers, helping shape both product development and the underlying infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new technologies—especially in the web3 space—and guiding how and when we adopt them.
• Partner closely with company leadership to hire, grow, and retain world-class engineering talent.
• Play a key role in strategic planning and high-impact technical decision-making.

🏗 Architectural Leadership & Technical Execution:

• Offer hands-on technical leadership, ensuring architectural decisions align with long-term business and technical goals.
• Oversee the design and rollout of robust, modern application architectures suited to the complex demands of web3 environments.
• Prioritize scalability, security, and reliability across all systems—especially in the context of decentralized infrastructure.
• Help define processes that ensure engineering quality, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
