Backed by leading investors and used by global enterprises, we’re entering a critical phase of product evolution and commercial acceleration—and we need a smart, delivery-focused Product Owner to help us get there.
The Role
This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a hands-on Product Owner to help shape how global enterprises author complex documents and navigate workflows. You’ll be central to managing the backlog, defining new capabilities, and supporting the delivery of smart, guided experiences that replace legacy templates and processes.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, customer success, and clients to turn complex business needs into intuitive, scalable product features. With a strong understanding of structured content, workflow logic, and enterprise expectations, you’ll ensure our platform continues to deliver clarity, consistency, and value across a growing range of use cases.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, can work autonomously, and is motivated by seeing their work in production with enterprise users.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify feature requests, content needs, and bug reports
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog to align with business goals and client timelines
- Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Facilitate refinement and planning sessions with the engineering team
- Use GitHub and Jira to manage issues, track progress, and contribute to delivery workflows
- Configure, test, and coordinate the release of new templates and client-specific platform content
- Support new client implementations, including the setup of structured templates and question content
- Triage bugs and follow up on client-reported issues in collaboration with engineering
- Help evolve internal product and delivery processes using Agile principles
Who You Are
- 3+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager or Implementation, Delivery lead in a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with Agile workflows (e.g. sprint planning, backlog refinement, iterative delivery)
- Confident working alongside engineers and using tools like GitHub and Jira
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and internal coordination, especially across remote teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage structured content and ensure high-quality delivery
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift as the product and client base grow
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make informed decisions quickly
- Bonus: Experience in procurement, legal or contingent workforce projects
