We need someone who can walk into a busy client portfolio, take the reins quickly, and build lasting relationships. We are headquartered in Perth with clients Australia-wide. This role is remote-friendly, and you can work from anywhere in Australia. Perth-based is a bonus, not a requirement.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership role. You will own the entire client portfolio, working directly alongside our SEO, Google Ads, and social specialists. You need to be organised, self-directed, and comfortable making decisions independently.
You are not responsible for campaign execution. Your job is to ensure clients feel supported, understand their results, stay long-term, and grow their investment with us over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through to long-term retention
• Lead monthly performance meetings and present insights with clarity and
confidence
• Translate data into strategic direction across SEO, Ads, social, and web
• Proactively manage client needs, expectations, and difficult conversations
• Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across our full service offering
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery specialists
• Continuously improve client experience and internal processes
What You Bring
• Minimum 4 years of account management experience within a digital agency
• Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts
• Strong working knowledge across SEO, paid ads, social media, and/or web
• Confidence running client calls, presenting data, and managing expectations
• High organisation and the ability to self-manage a large, varied portfolio
• A proactive, solution-first mindset. You don’t wait to be told what to do
