What You'll Build

🚀 End-to-end mobile & web experiences using Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, and React that serve millions daily

💰 Ad-driven features integrating Google Ad Manager, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other major platforms—balancing performance with revenue

⚙️ Scalable backend systems—APIs, data pipelines, microservices optimized for low-latency, high-throughput workloads

🏗️ Cloud infrastructure & CI/CD with architectural ownership from requirements through deployment

🤝 Cross-functional collaboration mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving innovative solutions

What You Bring

Core Requirements

• 7+ years delivering production mobile and web apps at scale
• Mobile expertise: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter
• Web UI mastery: React, TypeScript, state management, performance optimization
• Ad Tech experience: Hands-on with mobile ad SDKs, mediation platforms, and major ad networks (GAM, AdMob, AppLovin, etc.)
• Full-stack chops: Backend development (Node.js/Java/Python/Go), REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices
• Cloud platform experience: AWS, GCP, or Azure with proven ability to architect high-volume, scalable systems
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
• Clear communicator who bridges technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points

✨ Monetization strategy, yield optimization, or revenue analytics experience

✨ Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

✨ Technical leadership/mentorship background

✨ A/B testing, web security, malvertising knowledge, or privacy regulation experience (GDPR/CCPA)
