• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, clarify, and prioritise requirements.
• Translate complex needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Map customer journeys and uncover key pain points in healthcare delivery.
• Document requirements and processes with precision and clarity.

   Required Qualifications     

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst (with at least 1 year in healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare or aged care domains.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Skilled in diagramming software (Lucidchart, MS Visio).

   Preferred Qualifications   

• Salesforce Health Cloud experience (Care Programs, Utilisation Management, Patient Records).
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Health Cloud).
• Familiarity with privacy and data security practices in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or equivalent.
• Active involvement in Salesforce or healthcare communities and networks.
