2. Program Overview: The Fellowship
The MentorME Fellowship is not a traditional internship. It is a structured, 6-month Career Accelerator designed as an “On-the-Job Training” program. It combines AI-tracked progress with mentor-verified validation to help candidates:
• Transform academic knowledge into measurable industry results.
• Work on real-world projects to build a professional portfolio.
• Minimize onboarding risk for employers by proving workplace discipline and impact.
• Optimize “JD Match” percentages to align with market demands.
3. Job Responsibilities
As the Product Manager for the Fellowship Program, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of this initiative, ensuring it delivers high value to both fellows and hiring partners.
A. Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Fellowship Program based on business objectives and market trends.
• Prioritize features and modules that support Mentorship programs, PR (Permanent Residency) Pathways, and Job Readiness initiatives.
• Maintain system stability, security, and a seamless engagement experience to ensure high satisfaction for both mentees and mentors.
B. University Partnerships & Community Engagement
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with universities to implement collaboration programs.
• Partner with the Marketing team to organize hybrid events (on-campus and online) at Australian universities to attract international students.
• Act as a core member of the Board of Organizers to lead public online events that increase brand awareness and community growth.
C. Quality Assurance & Outcome Optimization
• Utilize AI tools to monitor performance scoring and provide data-driven feedback to participants.
• Continuously refine program deliverables to ensure they remain “portfolio-ready” for top-tier employers.
4. Job RequirementsA. Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Psychology, Human Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Education Product Development, EdTech, or managing professional training programs.
B. Skills & Competencies
• Language: Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese and professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams and Australian partners.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Product Mindset: A deep passion for mentoring and a “student-first” approach to program design.
• Execution: A “get things done” attitude with a strong orientation toward measurable results.
• Adaptability: Able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment, working effectively both as a team player and an independent contributor.
