What We Are Looking For:

• Talented Java Developers to help train and improve generative AI models.
• No prior AI experience needed, just strong coding skills and problem-solving ability.
• Fully remote with completely flexible hours, work whenever and wherever it suits you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Crafting high-quality questions and solutions in Java and Computer Science to train AI models.
• Evaluating and ranking AI-generated Java code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Providing detailed, insightful feedback on Java code across areas like Core Java, Spring Boot, concurrency, design patterns, JVM internals, and more.

Payment:

• Current payrate will be $30 - $80 per hour.

Referring for a client
