What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Set the AI product vision and roadmap, defining strategic adoption and development of Generative AI products
• Gather and translate requirements by partnering with stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities
• Lead team building and people development, managing a team of AI product managers
• Drive agile AI execution, overseeing vendor evaluations and guiding agile development cycles
• Measure and optimize impact by defining metrics that demonstrate productivity and efficiency gains

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 12+ years of experience in product management at a technology company, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading teams and building internal-facing AI or ML-powered products at scale
• Deep familiarity with Generative AI and a strong desire to stay current in the field
• Demonstrated ability to define vision and strategy in early-stage product environments
• Strong people leadership skills with experience recruiting, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams
