What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development of project scope statements in consultation with applicable stakeholders
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet objectives
• Develop and maintain project budgets, including financial forecasting
• Monitor, track, document, and report implementation status and performance
• Facilitate discussions and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry, including tracking and reporting for complex projects
• 2+ years of experience in change management
• Experience managing through influence and handling crucial conversations in public settings
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP Certification or equivalent
• Prosci change management certification or equivalent
• 4+ years of healthcare operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and facilitate meetings
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
