What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with documentation, bidding, contract tracking, and permit applications
• Organize meetings and manage digital files for project coordination
• Help with payroll and accounting reports to ensure accurate financial records
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation standards for compliance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of general office experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction and/or real estate industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with contractor insurance
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
