What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist the Development Manager with all aspects of software design and coding
• Attend and contribute to company development meetings
• Write, maintain, and improve code while addressing minor bug fixes
• Monitor the technical performance of internal systems and respond to requests from the development team
• Conduct development tests and write unit tests

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent of 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of basic coding languages including C#, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Basic programming experience and understanding of databases and operating systems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly and work in a team environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with WPF Framework, Jira, Git, Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit API, and Blazor
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building and listening
