Each episode dives into individual strengths, values, and aspirations—helping people stand out to employers and find aligned career paths. As our Scrum Master, you'll be integral to ensuring the platform runs smoothly and every voice has the space to be heard.

📌 Responsibilities

As a Volunteer Scrum Master at THS, you will:

Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Support backlog grooming and prioritization with the Product Owner

Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum

Track sprint goals and monitor team progress

Champion a positive agile culture and continuous improvement

Ensure clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders

✅ Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings:

A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum (formal or informal)

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset

Availability for 8–10 hours/week

Comfort working in diverse, cross-functional remote teams

A passion for coaching and team empowerment

Even better if you have:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)

Experience with Jira, Trello, Notion, or Click Up

Background in startups, podcasting, or career development

Prior volunteer coordination or team leadership experience
