Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination and completion of various projects and programs, particularly focusing on packaging initiatives for new product launches in 2026. The individual will oversee all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. This position requires a proactive approach to prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding the status of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience and judgment to navigate complex challenges while leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete project/program tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Set deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor and summarize progress of projects/programs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding project/program status.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, engineering, technical program management, production, and other cross-functional partners such as legal and product management.
- Lead and direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize creativity and strategic thinking to solve problems and drive project success.
Day to Day Rhythm:
- Create schedules, design content portion of the work, stakeholder management

Skills:
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among diverse groups.
- Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking to navigate complex project challenges.
- Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures related to packaging programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related area.

Contract Length: 5 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Remote (PST)
Pay Range: $67 - $75 per hour
