Technical Project Manager – M&A / Divestment
Location: Remote – UK based preferred

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a major global business through a complex divestment programme.
You’ll take ownership of the technology workstream, coordinating the migration and separation of approximately 10 business-critical applications, including CRM, ERP and other enterprise platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Manage multiple application migration and separation projects from planning through to delivery.
- Coordinate technical teams, application owners, vendors and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Own project plans, dependencies, risks, timelines and delivery.
- Manage integration, data migration and cutover activities across enterprise applications.
- Ensure applications are successfully transitioned as part of the wider divestment programme.
What we're looking for
- Strong background delivering complex technical/application migration programmes.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Comfortable managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience within large, complex global organisations.
- Strong stakeholder and third-party/vendor management skills.
- M&A, divestment, carve-out or business separation experience would be a significant advantage.
