We’re hiring: Android Developer – Remote

What we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of software architecture and code design patterns
• Solid experience with Dependency Injection (DI)
• Knowledge of synchronous vs asynchronous operations and thread blocking
• Experience with background and asynchronous work patterns
• Offline caching strategies and data persistence
• Experience mitigating ANRs and improving app performance
• Strong understanding of Jetpack Compose vs XML, including the advantages of Compose (performance, architecture, maintainability)
• Clear understanding of Dagger/Hilt vs Koin and their trade-offs
• Offline caching using SQLite / Room, plus familiarity with alternative or modern caching strategies
• Unit testing, UI testing, Integration and end-to-end testing, Snapshot testing is a plus
• Secure API key management (no secrets stored in plain code)
• Experience with secrets management strategies
• Familiarity with encryption libraries and secure data handling CI/CD & Release Management
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Managing and using feature flags
• Supporting incremental and progressive rollouts
• Planning and managing hotfixes with controlled releases
