Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour

Position Summary
The Project Specialist plays an important role in the organization by performing a variety of tasks related to Credit Risk and Secondary Marketing projects. This role is responsible, under direct supervision, for editing internal support documents, preparing and distributing announcements, maintaining product-related content across multiple platforms, invoicing, product marketing compliance reviews, and product reporting. The Project Specialist will support internal documentation for the Retail, Correspondent, and FIS divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the SVP of Credit Risk and the Product Guideline Manager.
- Monitor investor guideline announcements and updates to stay informed on changes and assist with implementing necessary updates.
- Format and distribute outgoing announcements related to product updates, bond announcements, secondary announcements, and other communications to Sales, Operations, and companywide teams.
- Create and format internal support materials such as presentations, matrices, job aids, and checklists based on provided information.
- Edit and maintain product-related content across multiple internal platforms.
- Review and approve product marketing collateral to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Complete and submit invoicing through Concur.
- Pull and generate product-related reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred.
- Proficiency with data entry and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), wiki tools, collaborative cloud-based platforms, and third-party software applications.
