This company are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their key industrial construction projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal teams, subcontractors, and clients with clarity and confidence.
• Drive weekly meetings and deliver clear project updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance.
• Align project delivery with goals, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Track budgets, costs, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (PM) experience in BESS space ideally or industrial construction.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Deep knowledge of safety standards and procurement processes.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
