A leading data center operator with a large portfolio of hyperscale facilities across the U.S. is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager specializing in power delivery. The company is focused on delivering highly reliable, efficient, and resilient data centers to meet the demands of cloud, enterprise, and mission-critical clients.

The team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical power infrastructure projects, including high- and low-voltage systems, UPS, generators, and switchgear. Reporting into the Director of Data Center Infrastructure, you will work alongside engineering, operations, and construction teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

· Report into the Director of Data Center Infrastructure, leading end-to-end power delivery projects from planning through execution.

· Work across all phases of the project lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

· Lead design and implementation of critical electrical infrastructure, ensuring reliability, redundancy, and scalability.

· Manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility.

· Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Serve as the technical and project lead for complex initiatives, mentoring junior project managers where appropriate.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing data center or critical power projects.

· Strong knowledge of high- and low-voltage electrical systems, UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear, and PDUs.

· PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

· Experience in large-scale commercial or hyperscale data center construction projects.

· Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage multiple concurrent projects.
