YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to transform a fast-growing beauty operation into a structured, synchronized, and fully aligned machine.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product Development, R&D Labs, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing, and multiple external agencies, ensuring nothing gets stuck, deadlines don’t drift, and everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and when.
You bring order, flow, and the structure that allows the brand to scale.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Build and roll out clear, scalable processes across operations, onboarding, approvals, time-off, communication, and project flow.
- Own the weekly roadmap: turn complex projects into structured task lists, assign owners, and ensure completion on time.
- Implement and maintain a centralized project management tool that gives the entire team visibility and rhythm.
- Track and coordinate multiple product launches, each with its own packaging, R&D, marketing, supply chain, and creative timelines.
- Follow key email threads, flag updates, and centralize all critical information..
- Work closely with external partners (email marketing, copywriting, design, web development, video production) to keep deliverables aligned and on schedule.
- Build a predictable update system, clear progress summaries, next steps, deadlines, and bottlenecks.
- Strengthen internal meeting structure: weekly syncs, cross-functional check-ins, dashboards, agendas.
- Support operational aspects of logistics and 3PL only when needed (core ownership remains with the internal specialist).
- Identify friction points, resolve operational gaps, and introduce workflows that eliminate guesswork and prevent last-minute fire drills.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years in Project Management within DTC/eCommerce, ideally within beauty or another physical product category.
- Fluent in French + English, essential for coordinating with R&D labs and US-based partners.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects with moving pieces.
- Obsessed with organization, the type of person who sees patterns, systems, and structure where others see chaos.
- Able to build processes and tools from scratch, not just follow existing systems.
- Proactive communicator who ensures alignment before problems arise.
- Comfortable working directly with a founder while still empowering the full team.
- Thrive in fast-paced, product-driven environments with multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Confident in managing operational follow-ups when they impact execution.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE30 Days: Audit all current operations, tools (emails, Slack, Asana), product launch threads, and team workflows, and establish a clear weekly update system.
60 Days: Implement or optimize a project management tool (Asana or alternative), centralize all active product launches, and introduce structured processes that improve team coordination and visibility.
90 Days: Fully own cross-functional project management, ensuring every product launch, agency deliverable, and internal workflow moves on schedule with clear processes, predictable communication, and zero operational bottlenecks.
