Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Local Time) – Some flexibility required

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Product Manager to lead the SuperZoom Data Quality Project. This is a remote, contract-based position where you will play a key role in project execution, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration. You'll work closely with developers, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact features within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Actively manage the product backlog and prioritize features
• Host daily stand-ups and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Communicate project updates and progress to executive stakeholders
• Lead internal approval processes and maintain budget forecasts
• Track and manage project tasks using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and GIRA
• Ensure compliance with Cloudgate and other regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with virtual and offshore teams to meet business objectives
• Analyze project data and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams
• Familiarity with project management tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and GIRA
• Ability to manage workflow processes and deliver results on time and within budget

Nice to Have:

• Agile and Scrum certification or experience
• Experience working with offshore teams and virtual collaboration tools
• Background in commercial real estate or enterprise-level data projects
