Project Manager at Branding/Web Agency

Own the day-to-day delivery of client projects at Sparo Studios in a remote role, aligned to AEST time zones.

Your mission:

Keep our projects on track and our team accountable.

You'll own end-to-end project coordination across multiple client accounts, keeping timelines on track, communication clear, and the team moving forward.

Working hand-in-hand with our Brand Strategy Lead and Director, you'll be the operational point of contact for clients.

This role is about making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll manage schedules, facilitate meetings, distribute clear action items, and proactively flag risks before they impact delivery.

What this will involve:

• Owning end-to-end project coordination across multiple client accounts, from kickoff through to completion.
• Building and maintaining detailed project plans in ClickUp, keeping tasks, owners, and deadlines up to date.
• Coordinating the delivery team across design, copywriting, and development to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Sending meeting agendas 24 hours in advance, taking thorough notes, and distributing clear action items with owners and due dates.
• Managing day-to-day client communication on project status, timelines, and logistics.
• Managing client onboarding post-contract, including setting up ClickUp boards, Google Drive folders, and scheduling kickoff calls.
• Proactively identifying risks and blockers, and escalating or resolving them before they impact delivery.

You are:

• Organised and proactive - You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball, and you flag problems early with options, not just issues.
• Strong communicator - Excellent written and verbal skills. You make complex things feel simple and keep everyone in the loop.
• Client-facing confident - You're comfortable being the operational point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters.
• Experienced - 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative, agency, or studio environment.
• Available and reliable - You're willing to work 35-38 hours per week, aligned to AEST.
• Tools-savvy - Experienced with ClickUp, Slack, Miro, and Google Workspace. Familiar with project management methodologies.
