Take some time today and apply today using the link: http://Shockbyte.com/jobs About The Role As a Game Partnerships and Integration Specialist at Shockbyte, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and turning leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll be hands-on in developing outreach strategies, negotiating deals, and collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and product to align our efforts and deliver results. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our client base and increasing revenue—while also laying the foundation for future leadership opportunities within the company. What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new partnerships with game studios through proactive outreach, demonstrations, and ongoing relationship management
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end game integrations using GVM and a standardised, scalable rollout process
- Represent Shockbyte at industry events and trade shows to build and maintain the partnership pipeline
- Negotiate and manage the financial aspects of partner deals, including contracts, revenue sharing, and legal documentation
- Document and refine integration processes with templates and training materials to support internal scalability
- Act as the technical liaison during game integrations, sales demonstrations, and partner communications
- Prioritise and manage game support, making strategic decisions based on market trends and product demands
- Support B2B customers by acting as their account manager and technical point of contact for integration needs
- Use data and market intelligence to inform integration priorities, pricing models, and feature development (e.g., modding support)
Required Criteria
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or technical project coordination
- Strong understanding of game server hosting infrastructure and tools (Linux, CLI, modding, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- CAPM certification required; PMP highly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for trade shows and partnership events
